Slama acknowledges that our event takes place in Naarm, on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, no treaty was signed and it always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

Join us for our very first 3 round Slam of 2021 as we settle into our new home at the newly renovated Evelyn. We're thrilled to be bringing back the slam after Melbourne's Lockdown 4.0 caused us to postpone. Sometimes everything works out for the best and we can now host a sizable audience and reignite the original Slama vibes in this new space, in a safe way.
We've also upgraded the visual and audio quality of our global livestream and on demand replay, so it's never been easier to connect with trailblazing voices and extremely creative, thought provoking content.
Depending on your ticket selection, you can be watching the poets only a few feet away from the stage or from the comfort of your own couch.
DOORS: 6:30pm
SLAM BEGINS: 7pm
