Doors at 04:30pm

Coming off the first two singles of his upcoming project, Ojikae is bringing his live show to the Evelyn for the whole month!

With a father who is also a musician, it makes sense that Ojikae is cut from the same cloth.

He is creating his own path in the music world and is able to stand out as soon as you press play. The name alone stands out so much and of course raises the question, What does “Ojikae” stand for? In an interview with “Acclaim Magazine”, Ojikae states, “Well, Oji in Japanese means Prince, and my favourite show of all time is the The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. When I was 16 my name was just Kae so I put Oji and Kae together. Coincidentally one of my favourite artists of all time is Prince, so it fits nicely”.

This explains his originality and his uniqueness from other artists because his music shares that same allure. The 90’s influences don’t stop there as his whole aesthetic in his photos and visuals scream 90’s.

Ojikae’s whole look is tied together so strongly and presents a valid argument that he is more advanced than many other artists his age.
