Fresh off the back of their New Zealand tour NO CIGAR are announcing their debut forray across the ditch. On the tail wind of their debut album ‘Bienvenido’ the band are looking forward to sharing their live sound with their patient fans in Australia.
An album that was designed for the live-experience these shows won’t be ones to miss. “Bienvenido” Spanish for Welcome, and undoubtedly what NO CIGAR’s growing legion of fans will be saying about the Auckland band’s 11 track debut album.
Featuring Willy Ferrier’s signature laidback vocals, expert song writing and the bands effortlessly cool tones, the album comes after four single releases in four months, including runaway hit ‘Some Nights’, ‘Holiday’, ‘Black Hole’ and ‘Say No More’.
After releasing their debut EP Radical Road in 2020, the Connor Jaine (Mako Road) produced Bienvenido is the band’s first album. The result is confident, engaging and perfectly poised to bring the five piece band the recognition they richly deserve.
