Harmony Byrne:
Australian singer/songwriter Harmony Byrne first stunned listeners with her wide-ranging debut, Heavy Doors, produced by Spoons Jim Eno, which saw her explore folk, alt-country, blues, and gospel with a confident yet introspective tone.
2019 saw her play SXSW and a massive national with The Teskey Brothers, precluding a period of isolation where Byrne recorded an acoustic E.P in her home studio, entitled The Songs I Sing When No One Is Listening.
Now she’s back in action, playing solo and with her band, with the likes of Amyl & The Sniffers, Alice Skye and C.W Stoneking.
If you’re after a powerful voice that can both devastate with muscular ferocity and affirm with skilled restraint you may want to watch this cracker of a fire Byrne.
