Fonteray is the project of naarm-based multi-instrumentalist drew mccarty. with a penchant for analog synthesisers and groovy basslines, fonteray seeks to create vibrant, emotive and sonically-rich soundscapes that are just as evocative as they are danceable.
Teaming up with longtime collaborator, michael belsar (hunting grounds, hayden james) the live show leans into the electronic elements of fonteray’s repertoire, while remaining saturated in the warm qualities of disco, psychedelia, and indie-dance.
