SUNDAY 7 MAY
Ft. The Ians, The Miyagis, AMPon
After a moderately long hiatus PUFFER are back with raw surf punk that’ll bust you down to sergeant so fast it’ll make your head spin. Happy meets sad with songs like “Pain and Ice-Cream”
The grungy, powerful guitar strokes and insanity-fueled lyrics hearken back to the band’s previous incarnation as D.I.C.K, premiere Melbourne punk vets. With studio time on the horizon and a slew of gigs lined up going into winter, PUFFER are gonna bring red hot fire to the Evelyn.
Canberra fam THE IANS will be running support with raucous beats, lyrical uncertainty and unchained melodies.
The Miyagis will kill you with so much punk rock you’ll die *skull emoji*
AMPon will be kicking off the night by turning their amps on, which will most likely eventuate in melting off the faces of everyone in the room.
DOORS – 8:00pm
